Delivery of Services

Krishan Suthar & Company is a professional services firm offering Chartered Accountancy, Tax, Audit, and Advisory services. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

Digital Delivery

All "deliveries" relative to our services consist of digital documents, reports, tax filings, and consultation sessions. These are delivered to the client via:

• Secure email transmission.
• Direct uploads to relevant government or regulatory portals where authorized.
• In-person or virtual consultation meetings.

Timelines

The timeline for the delivery of our services or reports will be mutually agreed upon in the engagement letter or service contract signed before work commences. Delays may occur if required information is not provided promptly by the client.

Since no physical goods are shipped, policy components relating to tracking numbers, shipping costs, physical loss, or damage in transit do not apply to our business.
